23-Yr-Old Indian Student Kills Grandparents & Uncle in US

A 23-year-old Indian student named Om Brahmbhatt has been arrested for allegedly murdering three of his family members including his grandparents and uncle inside a New Jersey apartment.

Om is accused of shooting Dilipkumar Brahmbhatt (72), Bindu Brahmbhatt (72), and Yashkumar Brahmbhatt (38) on Monday. A neighbour reported hearing shots fired at the Traditions condo complex. Police recovered found married couple Dilipkumar and Bindu Brahmbhatt shot to death in the second-floor apartment. Their son, Yashkumar Brahmbhatt, was taken to the hospital in serious condition, where he died.

The suspect Om was taken into custody. Om, hailing from Gujarat, was staying with the victims. According to the complaint, the crime was committed with a handgun, which Om purchased online.
