3 Women Gang Raped Before Their Families in Haryana

Chandigarh: Four unidentified men allegedly gang-raped three women in front of their families in Haryana’s Panipat.

The miscreants armed with sharp weapons committed the heinous crime at late night on Wednesday. The victims were women labourers. The incident occurred in the Matlauda police station area.

The four assailants barged into the houses of targeted families, and tied up the family members of the three women labourers before raping them, said police sources.

The accused also robbed their cash and jewellery, police said.

It is suspected that the same miscreants attacked and killed an ailing woman before robbing her husband at a distance of 1 Km from the place where the gang rape occurred. Both incidents occurred in the same village.
