Bhumi Pednekar Will be a Cop in Her 1st Series ‘Daldal’

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Bhumi Pednekar will act in the role of a cop in her series debut with ‘Daldal’. It is a thriller drama to be released on Prime Video.

In this series, Bhumi will be a cop named Ferreira hot on the heels of a serial killer in Mumbai.

Amrit Raj Gupta of ‘Gullak’ fame will direct the series. ‘Daldal’ is based on Vish Dhamija’s book ‘Bhendi Bazaar’.

In ‘Daldal’, “She must embark on an investigation of a series of murders that puts her on a collision course with a cold-blooded serial killer, even as she has to save her life from falling apart,” read the official synopsis of the series.

Pednekar was recently seen in a crime investigative film ‘Bhakshak’.
