Mumbai: Popular television actress Hina Khan, recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, has shared a poignant update on her battle against the disease. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Khan revealed a video of herself cutting her hair in preparation for chemotherapy treatments.

The emotional clip shows Khan seated before a mirror, with her mother’s distressed voice audible in the background. Despite the challenging moment, Khan maintains a positive attitude, even describing the experience as “liberating” after the haircut.

In her caption, Khan addressed fellow cancer fighters, particularly women, acknowledging the difficulty of losing one’s hair – often considered a “crown.” She emphasized her decision to shave her head proactively, stating, “I choose to win. I have decided to give myself every chance possible to win this battle.”
