Ranbir Kapoor to Take Voice & Diction Training to Play Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’

Mumbai: Director Tiwari has put Ranbir Kapoor on to a diction expert, who will make sure the dialogue delivery of his character is in alignment with the vision of the film, reported India Today, quoting sources.

Nitesh wants to make sure Ranbir sounds different from the characters he has played in the past in Bollywood movies. Being a versatile actor, Ranbir is enjoying this process of trying something new, the report added.

Tiwari is reported to have made a separate team for the diction and dialogue department of ‘Ramayana’. He has put special emphasis on the costumes of the film and the look of the main characters in the movie.

The VFX and special effects of the movie are planned to be of international level.

‘Ramayana’ will have Ranbir and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles of Ram and Sita. It is being reported that South actor Yash will play the role of Ravana. Talks are on to rope in Sunny Deol for the role of Lord Hanuman.
