Shah Rukh Khan Will be Don Again, But Not in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3

Mumbai: Although it is for sure that Shah Rukh Khan is not playing the lead role in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3, yet he is expected to enact the character of a don in his next film, King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh and co-starring his daughter Suhana Khan, reported Pinkvilla.

Quoting a source, Pinkvilla reported that while the character designing is already done, Siddharth Anand is presently working on the action blocks with international stunt teams. Sujoy is getting the dialogue draft ready, whereas SRK is overseeing the creative process and training with Suhana on some new-age action sequences.

In Don 3. Ranveer Singh will play the titular character, opposite Kiara Advani.

Although there have been no official declarations, yet it is rumoured that King will be the next movie of Shah Rukh after his hattrick hits Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. It will also be the theatrical debut of Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh’s daughter who made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s film The Archies, released on Netflix India.

King will be produced by Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. It will be co-produced by Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Pictures and will be reportedly directed by Sujoy Ghosh.
