Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh to Appear in Horror-Comedy ‘Kakuda’ Helmed by ‘Munjya’ Director

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha will team up with Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem for an upcoming streaming horror-comedy film ‘Kakuda’. The film will be directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, who is known for the recent box-office miracle ‘Munjya’.

‘Kakuda’ is set in the curse-inflicted village of Ratodi in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura district, where every house has two similar doors, one that is of a normal size and another which is smaller than the other. The film is about a peculiar ritual of opening of the smaller door of each house every Tuesday at 7:15 pm. It is believed that failure to comply with this rule invites the wrath of Kakuda, who punishes the man of the house.

Talking about the movie, Aditya Sarpotdar said,
