Ingredients for making masala corn-

– 2 cups corn

– 1 tsp garam masala powder

– 1/2 cup lemon juice

– salt as required

– 1 handful green coriander

– 4 tablespoons butter

– 2 tsp chili powder

– 1 and 1/2 tsp chaat masala

– 3 green chilies

Method to make masala corn-

To make this delicious dish, start boiling corn in water in a deep-bottomed pan on medium heat. Put some salt in it and let it cook for 10-12 minutes. Now drain water and keep the corn aside. Take a large bowl and pour the melted butter along with the boiled corn in it. Next, add garam masala powder, chaat masala, and chili powder, chopped green chilies and salt. Mix the ingredients well. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve hot.
