K Kavitha’s Bail Plea Rejected by Delhi Court

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Monday rejected the bail applications filed by BRS leader K Kavitha in corruption and money-laundering cases being investigated by the CBI and ED in connection with the alleged Delhi excise policy scam.

Special Judge, Kaveri Baweja, dismissed Kavitha’s bail applications, saying the stage was not right to grant the relief.

Kavitha is in judicial custody in both the cases lodged by the ED and the CBI.

She was arrested by the ED from Hyderabad on March 15. She was arrested by the CBI while she was in judicial custody. , and she was in judicial custody in the case.
