Man Kills Childhood Friend For Calling Him ‘Bald’ In UP

Lucknow: A man was killed by his friend for allegedly calling him ‘bald ’ at a function in Uttar Pradesh’s Hardoi district.

The victim has been identified as Sunil Kumar. The incident occurred on Saturday.

According to reports, the accused, Avanish Kumar allegedly threw Sunil from the roof of the building where the function was being held, following an argument.

Subsequently, Sunil sustained grievous injuries and was rushed to the nearby community health centre where he died a little later.

Meanwhile, Avinash tried to escape but the locals caught him and handed him over to the police.

Police said that Avinash and Sunil were childhood friends and were often seen together.

A case was registered against Avinash and an investigation was underway.
