Poster War: AAP Launches Poster Campaign Targeting PM’s Educational Qualifications

New Delhi: Again launching the poster war and targeting PM Modi, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) displayed posters in 11 languages across the country on Thursday.

Now Arvind Kejriwal-led party came on the Prime Minister’s educational qualifications posters with “Kya Bharat ke PM ko padhe likhe hona chahiye?” (does the PM of India need to be educated).

The posters were seen in the national capital today.

“The AAP will display posters in states across the country on March 30. All state units of the party have been asked to paste posters in their respective states. The posters have been printed in 11 languages,” Gopal Rai, the Delhi AAP chief and environment minister, told PTI.

Last week, posters reading “Modi Hatao, Desh Bachao” (remove Modi, save India) appeared on walls and electricity poles across the national capital, following which the police arrested six people. The Delhi Police registered over 100 FIRs after thousands of posters seeking the removal of PM Modi were found in the national capital.

An order for one lakh such posters was given to two printing presses, sources told India Today. Among those arrested were two printing press owners and several cases were filed after AAP’s posters targeting PM Modi.
