Rajamouli Will Make ‘RRR 2’

A sequel of the blockbuster movie ‘RRR’ will surely hit the theatres in the future. According to a report in ‘Variety’, S.S. Rajamouli has confirmed the making of ‘RRR 2’. Rajamouli is reported to have informed it at a screening of ‘RRR’ in Chicago.

Rajamouli’s father V Vijayendra Prasad is now working on the story of the sequel of ‘RRR’. He also wrote the story of ‘RRR’. Rajamouli’s father is the story writer for all his films. Together they have given several hits like ‘Bahubali: The Beginning’ and ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’. Vijayendra Prasad was the scriptwriter for some other hit movies like ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Magadheera and Manikarnika.

‘RRR’ featured Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt. This movie is reported to have collected over Rs 1000 worldwide. It is a period drama about two revolutionaries set in the 1920s. It was recently released in Japan.

Apart from ‘RRR 2’ Rajamouli is also working on a ‘globetrotting adventure’ film with superstar Mahesh Babu.
