1 Killed, 2 Critically Injured in Road Mishap in Odisha’s Jajpur

Jajpur: A biker was killed and two were critically injured after the bike they were riding in hit a tree on the roadside near Kapila Chhak under Binjharpur police limits in Odisha’s Jajpur district.

The deceased was identified as Chandan Das of the Pritipur area. While the injured youths were identified as Dhaneswar Behera and Dibyajyoti Mohanty.

According to reports, the accident occurred when these youths who were speeding on a bike after playing Holi crashed into a tree on the roadside near Kapila Chhak.

The injured were rushed initially rushed to the nearest hospital and later shifted to SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack after their health condition deteriorated.
