Massive Fire Breaks Out at Shopping Mall in Odisha’s Puri

Puri: Massive fire broke out at a shopping mall in Puri City. The fire mishap took place at Laxmi Market Complex, which is situated near the Marchikot Chhak of Odisha’s Puri.

According to reports, the fire engulfed a dress showroom which is on the first floor of the business establishment. There are more than 25 shops in the Market Complex.

The exact reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained. It is suspected short circuit caused the fire.

On being informed, three fire brigades came to the spot and have been trying to douse the inferno.

Till now two persons were rescued safely.
