4.8 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Xizang

Xizang: An earthquake of magnitude 4.8 on the Richter Scale hit Xizang, a province-level autonomous region of the People’s Republic of China in Southwest China.

According to the National Center for Seismology information, the earthquake was experienced at 04:09 PM on Friday.

As per the data, the epicentre of the quake was about 10 km below ground.

No casualties or damages have been reported.
