7-Yr-Old Girl Playing With a Saree Accidentally Hangs Self

Bhopal: Usually girls love sarees and prefer to play with them. But a seven-year-old girl allegedly lost her life because of her love for saree in Madhya Pradesh. She accidentally hanged herself while playing with a saree in Madhya Pradesh’s Anuppur district, police informed on Tuesday.

According to sources, this sad incident took place in Pakaria village on Monday. The ill-fated girl was playing with a saree outside her home all alone. Her mother was in household work, when the mishap occurred.

As per the family members of the deceased girl, she was playing with a saree, one end of which was tied to a bamboo pole attached to the outer wall of the house. Accidentally the saree got entangled tightly around her neck which caused her death.

Finding her unconscious, her family members rushed her to the Kotma Community Health Centre, where doctors declared her dead.
