719 Illegal Apartments in Odisha, 689 in Bhubaneswar: Minister in Assembly

Bhubaneswar: There are 719 illegal apartments and constructions across Odisha and most of them are in Bhubaneswar, informed the Urban and Housing Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mohapatra in Odisha Assembly on Tuesday.

Answering a question from Congress MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati, the minister stated on the floor of the House that out of the total 719 illegal apartments, highest 689 cases were from Bhubaneswar Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) limits.
