Adani Group Shares Encounter massive Crash; Adani Enterprises Plunges 26.70%

New Delhi: Shares of Adani Group companies faced a massive fall on Wednesday. Adani Enterprises, the flagship firm of the Adani Group, plunged 26.70 per cent.

The drop in 10 listed companies of Adani Group has severely impacted the stock markets. Adani Total Gas went down by 10 per cent. Adani Power fell by 4.98 per cent. Adani Wilmar showed a downward trend of around 5 per cent. NDTV was also down by 5 per cent.

Adani Transmission and Adani Green Energy plunged nearly 9 per cent each. Adani’s cement firm, Ambuja cement went down by 14 per cent while its ACC showed low rate decline at 5 per cent.

Because of this sharp fall in the valuation of Adani Group stocks, billionaire Gautam Adani is no longer the richest Indian in the world. Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Group has taken his place as the richest Indian billionaire in the globe.
