Cong MLA Tara Bahinipati Hails CM Naveen, Chants BJD Supremo’s Praise

Koraput: While Odisha Congress is trying hard to pull down the image of the ruling BJD holding power in the State for over two-decades, two Congress lawmakers are always in limelight for praising Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Yes, We are talking about Jatani MLA Suresh Kumar Routray and Jeypore MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati. And they are obviously praising the CM for the state government’s worthy initiatives in their constituencies.

On Friday, Bahinipati was seen welcoming CM Naveen in Koraput’s Jeypore and sloganeering ‘ Mukhya Mantri JIndabad’. His shocking act for many Odisha Congressmen occurred while he was addressing the crowd at Vikram Deb College, which has been recently upgraded to an affiliated University.

The MLA Jeypore-cum- Chairman, Organising Committee Tara Prasad Bahinipati addressed the gathering after the screening of a video film on the developmental activities of Odisha government in Koraput District.

We are so happy that Honourable Chief Minister has upgraded the Vikram Deb College to an affiliated University and his love towards the tribal heart of the state is always commendable. Kindly bless us with new developmental activities. As you are a green lover, I request you to plan something new for tourism in Koraput,” Bahinipati said.

The Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik dedicated projects worth Rs. 1596 crores to the people of Koraput on Friday.

Then the CM Inaugurated and laid foundation stone of various developmental projects. He then disbursed interest free loans to Mission Shakti SHGs. the CM then released a Souvenir to mark the occasion. A special postal cover on Koraput Tourism was also released.

Chief Minister was then felicitated by the Alumni Association Members of Vikram Deb College.

In 2022, after MLA Tara Prasad Bahini Pati’s comment over the change of guard in Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC), senior Odisha Congress lawmaker Suresh Routray on Saturday made a tendentious statement over the appointment of the OPCC president.

Speaking to the media persons, Routray said that every decision happens as per Cheif Minister Naveen Patnaik’s wish.
