Illegal Cattle Smuggling Bid Foiled In Mayurbhanj; Over 30 Cattle Rescued, 3 Held

Bhubaneswar: Illegal cattle smuggling bid was foiled by the Karanjia and Turumunga police in two different places Mayurbhanj district on Sunday.

Acting on a tip-off, the cops conducted a raid and rescued 10 cattle near the Chadheibhola area and 22 cattle near Baitarani Bridge in the district.

The cops has also detained three persons in this connection and seized the container used to smuggle the cattle.
