Inmates of Berhampur Jail Reach Final of National Dance Competition

Berhampur: Inmates of Berhampur Circle Jail have drawn the attention of all for their dance performance at a national-level online dance competition. They have already reached the finale of this dance show.

These dancing stars of Berhampur prison participated in the online dance competition organized by an NGO under the supervision of the UP government.

After getting a letter from the Odisha government in this regard, the jail inmates decided to show up their talent in this national-level online competition. Without waiting for any guidance from professionals, the inmates of Berhampur Circle jail decided to do everything on their own.

They themselves choreographed their group dance performance for the show. Dressed in white shirts and red ties, they danced to the beats of the song ‘Kashmir Main Tu Kanyakumari’ from the Shah Rukh Khan’s movie Chennai Express.

Their unique talent showcased within the confines of the jail has caught the attention of netizens. Their dance performance went viral. They now hope to win the final trophy of this online dance competition.
