IPL: CSK & MI to Lock Horns PBKS & RR Today

Mumbai: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will lock horns with Punjab Kings (PBKS) in today’s match of the Indian Premier League at M.A. Chidambaram Stadium at 03:30 PM. Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on Rajasthan Royals (RR) at Wankhede Stadium today.

It will be the 1000th fixture in the history of the competition since its beginning in 2008. Ahead of the match, the BCCI has planned a grand celebration to mark the historic occasion.

Volunteers will be carrying special flags, and video clippings from past editions will be on display. The two captains Rohit Sharma and Sanju Samson will be presented with special mementos.

Mumbai Indians with 6 points hold the 8th position in the point table while Rajasthan Royals with 10 points hold the 2nd position. Chennai Super Kings stand at 4th while Punjab Kings hold 6th position in the point table.
