Man Burnt Alive in Car over His Brother’s Illicit Affair in AP

Chittoor: A man was burnt alive inside a car in Konaseema area of Andhra Pradesh. This shocking murder allegedly occurred because of his younger brother’s illicit affair with a married woman.

The deceased, identified as Nagaraju, his younger brother, Purushottam and the woman Ripunjaya were inhabitants of Ramachandrapuram mandal, in Konaseema district of Andhra Pradesh, reported India Today.

The family members of the woman were opposed to her illicit affair and had called up Nagaraju to settle the matter. While they were traveling to a unknown location in Nagaraju’s car for discussion, family members of the woman allegedly beat up Nagaraju and tied him inside his car. Then they drenched petrol on the car and set it on fire.

Nagaraju, stranded inside the burning car was noticed by people, who informed the police and attempted to save his life. But he died of severe burns.

Meanwhile, a police official said a case was registered and one of the perpetrators of the incident was booked.

The police were looking out for the other accused in the case.
