Minor Girl Dies as Phone Explodes in Her Hand in Kerala

Thrissur (Kerala): An eight-year-old girl died after the phone she was using exploded in her hand in Kerala’s Thrissur district.

The deceased was identified as Adithyasree, a resident of Kerala’s Thiruvilvamala. She was a Class 3 student at Christ New Life School, Tiruvilvamala.

According to reports, the child was watching the video on a second-hand phone bought three years ago. Due to the explosion, the child suffered serious injuries to her face.

On being informed, police and forensic experts reached the spot and conducted an examination.
