Minor Girl Rescued by Childline & Police from Being Ill-Treated by Employer

Bhubaneswar: A minor girl undergoing torture and Ill-treatment from her employer was rescued by the childline and police in Palasuni area of Bhubaneswar on Sunday.

The girl was extremely tortured and ill-treated at the house where she was working as a maid in the Palasuni area.

After receiving information about the torture, the childline team and Mancheswar police reached the employer’s house and rescued the minor.

A case was registered by Childline against the house owner in this matter.

After rescuing, the girl was sent for medical examination and handed over to the CWC.
