Missing Employee of Finance Company Found Hanging in Odisha’s Balangir

Balangir: The body of a private finance company employee who went missing two days back, was found hanging near a field at Dangabahali under Kantabanji police limits in Odisha’s Balangir district.

The deceased was identified as Sabliyat Haripal. He was an employee of a private finance company, Smriti and Spandan Finance Company at the Kantabanji branch in the Balangir district. The deceased hailed from Paikamal of Bargarh district.

After Sabliyat went missing, the manager of the finance company lodged a missing complaint at the local police station. On Sunday morning, locals spotted his body hanging from a tree. The deceased’s two-wheeler was also found at some distance from the tree.

On being informed, police reached the spot, recovered the body and launched an investigation into the case. The reason behind Sabilyat’s death is yet to be ascertained.
