Mutilated Body of Youth Found in Cashew Plantation in Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: The mutilated dead body of a youth was found in a cashew plantation in the Dhenkanal district. The incident has come to the fore from Basoi village under Parjang police station limits of the district.

The deceased was identified as Manoj Biswal, a resident of Basoi village.

According to reports, Manoj was missing from last evening. He was last seen going to Anlakata village on his bike. Later the locals spotted his mutilated body lying in the cashew plantation near the village. They immediately informed the deceased’s family and the police about the incident.

On being informed, police reached the spot, seized the body, and sent it for autopsy. The cops have also initiated a probe into the matter.
