Odisha’s Jagatsinghpur MP Wins Hearts by Rescuing Passenger in Mid-Air

Jagatsinghpur: Member of Parliament (MP) from Odisha’s Jagatsinghpur Rajashree Mallick has won many hearts by rescuing a fellow passenger after latter suddenly started having seizures mid-air on a flight to Delhi on Thursday.

According to reports, Mallik was travelling from Bhubaneswar to Delhi when one of the passengers onboard reportedly had an epileptic attack just over 30 minutes before landing.

The passenger’s identity is not known yet but it was learnt that he belonged to the Ganjam district in Odisha. When the seizures of the patient got worst and he became unconscious, without wasting any more time, Mallik rushed to the patient’s rescue and provided preliminary assistance. After having preliminary assistance patient regained consciousness.

As soon as the flight landed at Delhi airport, Mallick ensured that the patient was immediately shifted to the nearest hospital for treatment.

Due to her noble gesture, MP Rajashree Mallick was praised by the flight authorities, crew staff and other fellow passengers.
