One-Yr-Old Child Suffocates to Death by piece of Coconut Given by Parents  

Hyderabad: A small piece of coconut turned fatal for a one-year-old boy in Telangana’s Nekkonda mandal. The child died of suffocation on Sunday because of a piece of coconut stuck in his throat.

The child was identified as Manikanta, the son of Badawat Malu and Kavitha. The ill-fated child had eaten a piece of coconut that was used during a pooja at their home. As the child was crying, his parents had given a piece of coconut to him to eat.

When the parents saw their child suffocating, they immediately rushed him to a hospital for treatment. But the child died on the way.
