Sand Sculpture with 100 Radios by Sudarsan Patnaik to Commemorate 100 Episodes of “Mann Ki Baat”

Puri: A large sand sculpture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with 100 radios was created by noted sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on Puri beach to celebrate 100 episodes of PM’s “Mann Ki Baat”.

This eight-foot-high sand sculpture was constructed using about seven tonnes of sand. Students from his sand art school helped him in the massive endeavor.

In the past, Sudarsan Patnaik had come up with sand sculptures on ‘Mann ki Baat’ on different occasions. He had also made one for World Radio Day.

PM Modi’s “Mann Ki Baat” radio address was aired for the first time on October 3, 2014. It will complete 100 episodes on April 30.
