Shocking: Boys of 12 to 14 Yrs Gang Rape a 9-Yr-Old Girl in Karnataka

Bengaluru: A group of minor boys aged 12 to 14 years gang-raped a nine-year-old girl in the Kalaburgi district of Karnataka. Four juvenile delinquents involved in this rape have been detained.

The seriously injured victim was admitted to a hospital. Detained juveniles were sent to a remand home. Search is on to nab the fifth accused.

According to police sources, this shocking gang rape took place in the limits of Kalaburgi Women’s police station on Wednesday at noon.

These five minor boys lured the victim on the pretext of buying her chocolate. As per the complaint lodged by the mother of the victim, the accused gang took the girl upstairs of a nearby house and gang-raped her.

The accused minors gave a death threat to the victim. However, the girl narrated the incident to her mother. The girl was admitted to the hospital and a complaint was lodged before police.

The police nabbed four accused under IPC Section 366A (procuration of minor girl for committing sexual offence), 376 (G) (gang-rape), 506 (criminal intimidation) as well as POCSO.
