Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Visits Naba Das’ Family

Jharsuguda: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan paid a visit to slain Odisha Health Minister Naba Das’s family members at his residence in Sarbahal of Odisha’s Jharsuguda district. MP Suresh Pujari accompanied him.

He met with Naba’s family members and expressed his condolences for the demise of the late minister. Dharmendra Pradhan advised them to be patient in these times of sorrow.

While talking with media persons after the meeting, he said, “Lawlessness has developed in Odisha. The cabinet minister being shot by police is quite disturbing.”

He also added, “Naba Babu’s supporters are not happy with the probe.”

State Health Minister Naba Das was shot dead on January 29. ASI Gopal Das shot the minister when he was on his way to Brajrajnagar to attend a function. Gopal admitted that he shot Nab. However, the reason behind taking such a step is not known yet.
