Vigilance Sleuths Raid Assistant Engineer in Gajapati

Gajapati: Odisha vigilance raided the residence of an Assistant Engineer posted in Gajapati district. They raided his premises over allegations of possession of disproportionate assets.

The accused was identified as Dilip Kumar Sahu. He is posted in the office of Rayagada Panchayat Samiti.

Special Judge Vigilance, Berhampur issued a warrant for the raids in this case

A team led by Additional SP, Vigilance and 5 Inspectors is conducting searches at four places in Gajapati and Berhampur.

According to sources, searchers are being carried out in a flat at Spectrum Malati Residency in Gopabandhu Nagar, Berhampur, a two-storeyed house at Jyoti Nagar, Berhampur, an office at Digapahandi, and his government quarter at Cheligada in R Udaygiri.
