A video clip of the Nepal plane losing control in mid-air before it crashed near the Pokhara airport on Sunday has started to make rounds on social media. This video clip is filmed from the terrace of a building near the Pokhara airport. It shows the ATR-72 plane carrying 72 people suddenly losing direction and control before crashing to the ground.

This plane was traveling from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It crashed on the banks of the Seti Gandaki river that flows between the old domestic airport and Pokhra International Airport.
A total of 53 Nepalis, five Indians, four Russians, one Irish, two Koreans, one Argentinian, and a French national died in this plane crash.
There were 68 passengers and four crew members were onboard the Yeti airlines aircraft that crashed between the old airport and the Pokhara International Airport in Nepal.
