Woah! Oscars 2023 to Witness Live Performance of ‘Naatu Naatu’ from ‘RRR’

The ‘Naatu Naatu’ song from S.S. Rajamouli’s international blockbuster RRR will be performed at the 95th Academy Awards by singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava. It will be their Oscar debut. ‘Naatu Naatu’ has received an Oscar nomination.

‘Naatu Naatu’ is nominated in the original song category alongside “This Is A Life” from “Everything Everywhere All at Once,” “Applause” from “Tell It Like a Woman,” and “Lift Me Up” from “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” All these are part of the scheduled performances for the 95th annual ceremony, reported Variety.

The ‘Naatu Naatu’ song’s music is composed by M.M. Keeravaani. Its lyrics are written by Chandrabose.

This song has already enthralled audiences and critics globally. ‘Naatu Naatu’ won the Golden Globes in the ‘Best Original Song’ category. ‘RRR’ bagged two more awards at the 28th edition of the Critics Choice Awards. One was for the best song and another for ‘best foreign language film.
