Humane Sagar Trashes Allegations Made By Wife; Seeks Mutual Settlement

Cuttack: Interacting with media on Friday, prominent Ollywood vocalist Humane Sagar denied all claims of religious conversion and domestic abuse made against him by his wife Shriya Mishra and her family.

Humane added in a statement to the media, “We honour and appreciate all religions. No one may be compelled to practise our religion by us. I’ve gone through a lot of mental pain as a result of the accusations made against me.

“We are on the side of truth. I’m confident that everything will work itself out. Shriya and her family are still loved by my family and me. Despite the fact that the accusations have clearly harmed me, I want to settle the conflict amicably. They took two days to complete. Thus, I wish for the best,” he continued.

Similar to how the singer’s mother dismissed the claims that she coerced her daughter-in-law into becoming religious,

“Lord Jagannath’s picture is in our home. My Daughter-in-law worships Lord Jagannath, and her parents also do. Even our housekeepers worship Lord Jagannath as well. We don’t object,” Humane’s mother stated.

She responded, “We both mother and son have agreed to a joint accord,” when asked what she wanted right now. However, they requested two days. My granddaughter and daughter-in-law are both missed. If they are able to coexist peacefully, I will be satisfied”.

Further, Humane Sagar’s father-in-law also accused him of having many affairs and attempting to murder his daughter. Shriya’s father claimed that despite the couple’s love marriage, Humane eventually started pressuring Shriya to become a Christian.

In addition, Humane is alleged to have tortured Shriya both physically and mentally.

It’s important to note that Shriya went to the Mahila Police on Tuesday and accused Humane Sagar of torturing her physically and mentally. The couple was then invited to counselling in order to resolve the issue amicably.
