IMD Issues Rain Alert For Several Odisha Districts; Check Details

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD)on Saturday forecasted that numerous areas of Odisha would get rainfall beginning the next week.

IMD predicts that throughout the course of the next five days, there won’t be a significant change in the minimum temperature (Night Temperature) over the districts of Odisha. Additionally, the weather service has issued a yellow warning for heavy fog in several areas of the state during the next few days.

Day-1 (valid up to 0830 hrs IST of 15.01.2023)

Yellow Warning: Dense fog very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Bhadrak, Balasore, Mayurbhanj Jajpur, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Khordha, Dhenkanal.

Day-2 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 15.01.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 16.01.2023)

Yellow Warning: Dense fog very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Khordha.

Day-3 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 16.01.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 17.01.2023): Dry weather very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha.

Day-4 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 17.01.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 18.01.2023)

Light rain very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Dhenkanal

Day-5 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 18.01.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 19.01.2023)

Light rain very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Dhenkanal, Jajpur.
