‘Nijukti Parba’ Celebrates Induction of 421 Officers into Odisha’s Bureaucracy

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik addressed the ‘Nijukti Parba’ program for newly recruited Odisha Civil Services officers, urging them to play a pivotal role in transforming the state. Patnaik emphasized the importance of their role as agents of change, aligning with the state’s vision for 2047.

Addressing the officers, Patnaik stated, “Your every thought and action should be directed towards the betterment of the people of Odisha. You are the true architects of our vision for 2047, working towards an empowered Odisha.”

Highlighting the government’s focus on youth recruitment, the CM mentioned that 1269 civil service officers have been recruited in the last 5 years, with 421 joining various bureaucratic offices in the state. He encouraged the officers to work hard and stay committed, emphasizing their vital role in realizing the collective dream of an inclusive and empowered Odisha.

Patnaik praised the success of the 5T principles and ‘Mo Sarkar’ in bridging the gap between the people and the government, enhancing efficiency, and increasing transparency. He urged the newly recruited officers to be part of Odisha’s transformation process facilitated by the 5T principle.

Launching the Quarter Management System 2.0, developed by CMGI under the 5T Principle, Patnaik described it as a faceless online solution for quarter management. The state ministers for Revenue and Finance, Sudam Marndi and Bikram Keshari Arukh, encouraged officers to fulfill their job mandates with hard work, transparency, and accountability.
