Youth’s Body Found Floating in Canal in Jajpur, Family Suspects Foul Play

Jajpur: A young man’s body was discovered floating in a canal under mysterious circumstances in Singhpur, within the Binjharpur police station jurisdiction in Jajpur district. The incident took place on a Sunday, and the victim has been identified as Priyaranjan Dhal, a resident of Olei village, who worked as a driver.

According to reports, Dhal’s body was spotted by villagers who were passing by the canal. They immediately alerted the police, who rushed to the spot and launched an investigation.

The family of the deceased has alleged that Dhal was murdered and his body was dumped in the canal. They have demanded a thorough investigation into the matter and action against the culprits.
