NZ Vs IND 1st ODI: Sundar’s Late Onslaught Propels India Past 300
Auckland: The first ODI between New Zealand and India is currently underway at Eden Park, Auckland.
After being put in to bat by the Kiwis, India posted a competitive total of 306/7 in the first innings. Shreyas Iyer starred with the bat with 80 off 76 balls while captain Shikhar Dhawan and Shubman Gill chipped in with substantive fifties.

However, it was the late blitzkrieg from Washington Sundar that propelled India past 300.
For New Zealand, Lockie Ferguson and Tim Southee took three wickets each.
With the pitch looking good for batting, a tight encounter is expected to be on the cards.
