PM Modi Raises Suspicion Over CM Naveen’s Declining Health, Vows Probe Panel

Baripada: Prime Minister Narendra Modi intensified the BJP’s campaign efforts in Odisha ahead of the final leg of the 2024 elections. PM Modi kickstarted his marathon campaign trail in Odisha by addressing a massive public gathering in Baripada (Mayurbhanj), followed by rallies in Balasore and Kendrapara.

Starting his Baripada speech in Santhali and Odia, PM Modi expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support. “Today marks the end of election campaigning in Odisha, and it’s clear a stable Modi government is imminent, given the enthusiasm seen here, in Jharkhand, and West Bengal,” he stated.

The Prime Minister raised concerns about Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik’s health. Suggesting a potential conspiracy, he promised to form a committee to investigate the sudden decline in Patnaik’s health over the past year. “The people of Odisha deserve to know if there’s a conspiracy affecting Naveen babu’s health,” PM Modi declared.

PM Modi also projected a change in Odisha’s leadership, asserting that the state is ready to end the BJD’s 25-year rule. He promised transformative development in infrastructure, railways, and highways over the next five years under a BJP-led government. “The BJP chief minister will take oath in Odisha on June 10,” he announced, emphasizing that Odisha’s Chief Minister should be an Odia.

Accusing the BJD of corruption, PM Modi claimed the party looted mineral resources and misappropriated funds from the district mineral fund established by his government. He vowed to retrieve the looted money and hold those responsible accountable. “Modi Ki Guarantee will ensure that the stolen funds are recovered, and the culprits face justice,” he asserted.

PM Modi also mentioned alleged fraud related to the Ratna Bhandar keys, promising that a BJP government would expose any cover-ups.
