Head Craftsman of Devi Subhadra’s Chariot, Krushna Maharana Passes Away

Puri: Krushna Maharana, who used to head the craftsmen involved in the construction of the chariot of Devi Subhadra for the Rath Yatra in Puri, has passed away.

According to reports, this chief craftsman of the Darpadalan Rath of Devi Subhadra breathed his last at his home in Puri due to old age related ailments.

Krushna Chandra Maharana was involved in the construction of chariot every year from a very young age.
