5-Yr-Old Boy Gang Raped in UP, Bystanders Record & Upload Video

Lucknow: A five-year-old boy was allegedly gang-raped by two persons in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur district on September 19.

This homosexual gang rape came to the fore on September 26, when the boy’s health deteriorated. When questioned about his injuries, he told about the incident to his family members.

According to the complaint lodged by the victim’s family, the two accused, identified as Arsh and Junaid, took the boy from his home and gang-raped him on a nearby farm.

Two goat herders, Rizwan and Alfez, who were present on the farm shot a video of the incident and shared it on the internet.

It is alleged that the accused abused and beat up the family members of the child, when they confronted the duo about the incident. They escaped after threatening to kill the boy’s family members, if they reported it to the police.

Police have lodged a First Information Report (FIR) under sections 140-4 (kidnapping), 351-2 (criminal intimidation) and 352 (intentional assault) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and sections of the Pocso Act.

Police are trying to nab the four persons against whom the boy’s family has made serious allegations. Police teams have been formed to arrest the accused.
