26 iPhone 16 Pro Max  Worth Rs 37 Lakh Seized from Woman at Delhi Airport

Delhi: A woman passenger was intercepted at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi and 26 recently-launched iPhone 16 Pro Max were seized from her possession by the customs officials.

The smuggled phones are estimated to be worth over Rs 37 lakh. The Pro Max is the top model in the iPhone 16 series.

The woman had hidden the recently-launched costly Apple hi-tech phones inside her vanity bag by wrapping them in tissue papers.

This woman passenger had landed in Delhi from Hong Kong with the smuggled iPhones. Further investigation is under way.
