Bobby Deol to Appear in Vijay’s Last Film Thalapathy 69

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Bobby Deol has been signed for Vijay’s last film, tentatively titled Thalapathy 69.

The makers of the movie announced it on social media on Tuesday.

“100% official now, Super happy & excited to announce that @iambobbydeol joins #Thalapathy69 cast,” wrote production house KVN Productions’s post on Instagram.

It will be the second Tamil film of Bobby’s career. He has already acted in Suriya-starrer upcoming movie Kanguva.

Bobby Deol also shared the news on his Instagram story and said he was “super excited” to be a part of the project. Bobby has also signed Telugu projects like Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu and Balakrishna’s NBK 109.

Thalapathy 69 is expected to hit theatres in October 2025. As per reports, it will be Vijay’s last film as he has decided to enter politics.

Vijay was last seen in Venkat Prabhu’s GOAT. He launched his political party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam in February. His party will contest the 2026 Tamil Nadu assembly polls.
