1st Superman Comics Sold for $6 Million at Auction! Becomes Most Expensive Comic Book

A historic copy of Action Comics No 1, in which popular superhero Superman was featured for the first time was sold for a staggering $6 million at an auction, reported CNN.

This historic comic book was auctioned by the Heritage Auctions and it became the most expensive comic book ever sold.

Experts estimate that just 100 copies of Action Comics No 1 published in 1938 exist in the world.

The previous record holder for the most expensive comic book was a copy of Superman No. 1, which was sold privately in 2022 for $5.3 million.
