3 Minor Sisters Burnt Alive In Fire In Jammu And Kashmir’s Ramban

Srinagar: Three young sisters were burnt alive on Monday in a  severe fire accident at their home in a remote village in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district.

In the wee hours of Monday, the three-storey house of the ill-fated family in Dhanmasta-Tajnihal village, in Ukhral block, caught fire.

The three deceased were identified as Bisma (18), Saika (14) and Saniya (11). All of them were sleeping on the top floor and they could not come out when the fire engulfed the entire house.

Their bodies were recovered by the personnel of the fire and emergency services. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
