4 Pakistani Soldiers Killed 7 Injured in Taliban Terrorist Attack

Taliban terrorists attacked two border checkpoints located near the Afghanistan border on Wednesday killing at least four Pakistani soldiers and injuring seven others. This terrorist attack occurred in the restive northwestern Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province’s Chitral district in Pakistan.

A large group of terrorists equipped with the latest weapons attacked two Pakistani military posts, stated Pakistan’s Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The soldiers were killed during the exchange of fire. A video is also circulating on the internet allegedly showing captured soldiers of Pakistan’s Special Service Group kneeling before Taliban fighters. The authenticity of this video has not been ascertained.

The outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
