Shots Fired Outside AP Dhillon’s Canada Home; Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Member Claims Responsibility: Reports

Vancouver: Shots were allegedly fired outside the residence of Punjabi singer AP Dhillon on Victoria Island, Vancouver, Canada. The incident occurred yesterday, with Rohit Godara, a known associate of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, reportedly claiming responsibility.

A viral video, which remains unverified, shows a man discharging multiple rounds outside a house at night. Although the video’s location hasn’t been confirmed, it is widely shared online. AP Dhillon is known to reside on Victoria Island in British Columbia.

A post, purportedly from Godara, claims that the shooting occurred at two locations in Canada—Victoria Island and Woodbridge, Toronto. The post suggests that the attack was motivated by Dhillon featuring Salman Khan in a music video. The gangster also issued death threats to the singer, asserting his affiliation with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Security agencies are currently investigating the authenticity of these claims and analyzing the video footage. As of now, AP Dhillon and Canadian authorities have not issued any statements regarding the incident.

This incident follows a similar pattern from last November when gangster Lawrence Bishnoi claimed responsibility for a shooting outside singer Gippy Grewal’s home in Vancouver. Additionally, in April, two men on motorcycles fired shots outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in Mumbai, leading to Mumbai police naming Lawrence Bishnoi and his brother Anmol Bishnoi as “wanted accused.”

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) had previously identified Salman Khan as a top target on Lawrence Bishnoi’s hit list, stemming from the actor’s controversial 1998 blackbuck poaching case, which had reportedly angered the Bishnoi community.
