Bangladeshi Man Held for Hugging Airhostess, Trying to Kiss Her on Vistara Flight

Mumbai: Mohammed Dulal, a 30-year-old Bangladeshi national was arrested for allegedly sexually harassing a woman flight attendant on board a Muscat-Dhaka flight travelling via Mumbai.

The incident took place on Thursday before the Vistara flight landed at the Mumbai International Airport.

Mohammed Dulal was traveling to Dhaka from Muscat via Mumbai on a Vistara flight. Half an hour before the plane was to land in Mumbai, he allegedly hugged a woman flight attendant and tried to kiss her.

After landing at the Mumbai airport, the accused was handed over to security officers.

Based on a complaint lodged by the flight attendant, the accused was placed under arrest. He was produced in a local court, which remanded him in police custody till Friday.
